These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradingGuru, a service operated by NAVEEN ("TradingGuru", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using TradingGuru, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TradingGuru is an online software service that helps users track trades, maintain journals, review reports and statistics, and use workflow and AI-assisted tools for trading review and analysis.
TradingGuru is provided as software only. TradingGuru does not provide brokerage services, execute trades, hold funds, provide portfolio management, or offer investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use TradingGuru. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use TradingGuru. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription, Trial, and Billing
TradingGuru is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing interval, and plan details are shown at signup or checkout.
We may offer a free trial. If a trial is offered, you may be required to provide a valid payment method before the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically begin and you may be charged the applicable fee.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges to your selected payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred.
6. Refunds
Our refund practices are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy at https://tradesbodhi.com/cancellation-refund. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use

- interfere with platform security or availability
- attempt unauthorized access
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- use the service to violate any law or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
TradingGuru and all related software, content, branding, and materials are owned by NAVEEN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal personal or business use during your subscription term.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to TradingGuru. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
10. Disclaimers
TradingGuru is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TradingGuru provides software tools for recordkeeping, review, and analysis. Any analytics, summaries, or AI-generated outputs are informational only and must not be treated as financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAVEEN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of TradingGuru.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for TradingGuru during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create legal risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Privacy
Your use of TradingGuru is also subject to our Privacy Policy at https://tradesbodhi.com/privacy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
