This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellation and refunds work for TradingGuru, operated by NAVEEN.
1. Subscription Cancellation
TradingGuru is sold as a recurring subscription unless stated otherwise at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period or trial period already paid for or authorized, and it will not renew after that date.
2. Trial Period
If TradingGuru offers a trial, you may be required to provide a valid payment method before the trial starts. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your paid subscription may begin automatically and you may be charged the applicable subscription fee.
3. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- partial subscription periods
- unused time
- change of mind
- failure to cancel before renewal
- lack of usage of the service
4. Exceptions
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations such as:
- duplicate charges
- incorrect charges caused by a technical error
- charges made after a valid cancellation was completed
- cases where a refund is required by applicable law
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your payment provider or bank.
